These terms summarize the currently stated service scope and boundaries.
Environmental Review
The stated standalone service is $149 for one property, one Review, and up to 10 supported documents total. Professional review is included before delivery. Consultation is optional and separate.
MEL
MEL provides general AI-powered environmental guidance. MEL does not replace professional judgment, diagnose illness, establish medical causation, or certify property safety.
Testing and products
A product may be sold when its commerce requirements are satisfied. The product page states whether a Results Review is included, not included, or otherwise resolved for that offer.
Information limits
Laboratory findings and reviews must be read with their stated sample, time, location, method, and service limitations. They do not automatically establish conditions outside what was examined.
